The short version. Use the site for its normal purpose. The words, design and crest are ours, so don't copy them to sell or pass off as your own. What's on the site is general information, not advice. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
Who we are
This website is run by Mihalis Bitolas, a sole trader in South Australia, trading as Questline (ABN 58 326 034 767). "We" and "us" mean Questline. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Buying Questline
These terms cover the website only. When you buy the Questline package, a membership, a setup session or business tailoring, your purchase is governed by the Questline licence and the terms of that service. You'll see them before you pay link added at launch.
- Prices are in Australian dollars. The price that applies is the one on your invoice.
- The A$99 founding price applies to the first 50 package orders we invoice. After that, the package is A$149.
- We can change prices or offers on the site at any time. A change never affects an order we've already invoiced.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms, or anywhere on this site, limits those rights.
Using the site
Please don't:
- use the site in a way that breaks the law or harms anyone
- try to break, overload or get around how the site works
- submit someone else's details in our forms without their permission.
Our content
The site's text, design, the Questline name and the crest belong to us. Where they're protected by copyright under the Copyright Act 1968, that protection is ours. You're welcome to view, share links to and print pages for your own use.
Without our written permission, please don't copy, republish or adapt our content for commercial use, or use the Questline name or crest in a way that suggests you're us or endorsed by us. Nothing here limits what the Copyright Act allows without permission, such as fair dealing for research, study, criticism, review or news.
Other companies' names
Questline works with Claude, made by Anthropic, and with Obsidian. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic, PBC. Obsidian and Discord are trademarks of their owners. We name them only to say what Questline works with. Questline is independent: it isn't affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any of them. You need your own accounts with those services and agree to their terms directly.
